Isaac Kleiner in the form of an announcer pack I’m hoping Dr. Robins: Unconfirmed but given he’s provided voice work for a Dota 2 character and even reprising Dr. Could be cool to see Barney pop-in as an undercover Metrocop again, assisting the player before returning to his “shift”. Michael Shapiro: Although already confirmed to be reprising his role as the G-Man, I’m hoping this will also open the door for a cameo from Barney Calhoun. She was announced along with all the other actors and I’m going to assume her role will be something bigger than the local population.
(Take all this with a grain of salt, just the mad ramblings of a fan)Ĭissy Jones: Confirmed to be part of the cast and not surprising considering she played a role in Campo Santo’s last game before being acquired by Valve: Firewatch. They are also shown to all look the same.Half-Life: Alyx Cast (So Far) - Part 3: Pointless Speculation!
G-Man mentions that the employers weren't interested in Shephard, but G-Man managed to overrule them in sparing his life, although this act meant that Shephard ended up being placed into some sort of detainment stasis to avoid him revealing the truth of the Black Mesa Incident. G-Man saves Corporal Adrian Shephard after he kills the Gene Worm and before G-Man has Black Mesa destroyed with a nuclear bomb. He later offers Freeman employment with them, which Freeman accepts, resulting in him being put into stasis for approximately two decades. He reveals to Freeman that the border-world Xen is now under their control. The mysterious employers are first referenced by The G-Man at the end of Half-Life, in which he saves Gordon Freeman following his killing of the Nihilanth.
